Our team provides frontline IT support for end-user devices, collaboration tools, meeting room technologies, and employee onboarding. We focus on delivering reliable technology services, supporting business operations, and continuously improving the way employees connect, collaborate, and work.

About the role - you will:

As an Analyst II, Desktop Support, you will provide hands-on and remote technical support to ensure employees have the tools and technology they need to be successful.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, network, desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral issues.
  • Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM platforms while maintaining accurate documentation and support records.
  • Support and maintain audio-visual (AV) and video conferencing solutions, including meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.
  • Conduct meeting room readiness checks, equipment audits, and preventive maintenance to ensure a reliable user experience.
  • Provide technical support for site events, town halls, employee engagement sessions, and business meetings.
  • Deliver high-quality customer support while collaborating with local, regional, and global IT teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, software applications, and network connectivity in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Knowledge of audio-visual systems, video conferencing platforms, meeting room technologies, or collaboration spaces.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation, or digital productivity solutions to enhance IT support and user experience.

Location:

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work. Here at work, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks at our onsite canteen and coffee shop. We offer a range of facilities including an in-house gym and dance studio, as well as after-work badminton and table tennis competitions. On-site celebrations and community volunteer opportunities also abound.
