About our group:

The team of product engineering works on product management/improvement from new product launch till release product functional/margin improvement and sitting in Wuxi factory. We provide technical support, guidance for kinds of product/factory issues to ensure business success, play the important role of yield improvement, test time reduction, quality improvement and cost balance. 

产品工程团队在无锡工厂负责从新产品发布到产品功能/利润改进的产品管理/改进。我们提供技术支持，指导各种产品/工厂问题，以确保业务成功，在提高产量、缩短测试时间、提高质量和平衡成本方面发挥重要作用。

About the role - you will:

•    Lead and work with cross-function teams to improve product yield, test time, and quality matrix
•    Perform failure analysis & data analysis to solve product issues, from root cause understanding to problem solving by improvement plans
•    Involve in new product launch, new material qualification, test process change. Also find better solution for cost reduction
•    Manage for both yield/quality excursion from the problem statement till issue fix

•    领导并与跨职能团队合作，提高产品产量、测试时间和质量矩阵
•    执行故障分析和数据分析以解决产品问题，从根本原因理解到通过改进计划解决问题
•    参与新产品发布、新材料认证、测试流程变更。同时寻找更好的解决方案以降低成本
•    从问题陈述到问题修复，管理产量/质量偏差

About you:

•    Have knowledge of Science or Engineering background
•    Good at both verbal and written communication in English 
•    Good logical ability, strong learning ability and good problem-solving skills 
•    A positive attitude for work and willingness to accept challenges 
•    Down-to-earth attitude with good teamwork

•    具有科学或工程背景

Your experience includes:

•    Strong data analysis and logical thinking
•    Good skill on problem solving, communication and flexibility
•    Hard Disk knowledge or good at software development skill

•    强大的数据分析和逻辑思维
•    良好的解决问题、沟通和灵活性技能
•    硬盘知识或良好的软件开发技能

Located in the high technology district, our site in Wuxi is a global manufacturing hub, where nearly 5,000 employees deliver technical services, customer tests, manufacturing, and support capabilities.
