About our group:

The team of product engineering works on product management including new product launches and matured product improvement in the Wuxi factory. We provide technical support, guidance for kinds of product/factory issues to ensure the business is successful.

About the role - you will:

•    Work with cross-function teams to improve product yield, test time, and quality performance
•    Perform failure analysis & data analysis to solve product issues, including yield loss & quality excursion
•    Involve in new product launch, new material qualification, and Test Process change evaluation

About you:

•    Have knowledge of Science or Engineering 
•    Be able to use verbal and written communication in English 
•    Good logical ability, strong learning ability and good problem-solving skills 
•    A positive attitude for work and willingness to accept challenges 
•    Down-to-earth attitude with good teamwork

Located in the high technology district, our site in Wuxi is a global manufacturing hub, where nearly 5,000 employees deliver technical services, customer test, manufacturing, and support capabilities.
