About our group:

Seagate ITA（International Trade Administration）is responsible for operational implementation of, and ensuring adherence to, various international trade compliance programs that support Seagate’s import/export activity.  ITA review Seagate’s product portfolio and ensure strategic goods are appropriately classified and controlled for export. ITA is responsible for the review and release of system orders and shipments, consistent with global trade regulations. 

About the role - you will:

●    Responsible for import and export activities which including import and export of Material /equipment/spares etc.
●    Scrap items declaration /IFTZ gate registration of non-declaration items etc.
●    Coordinate brokers and suppliers to complete import and export Customs declaration to ensure accuracy and compliance with Customs laws and regulations.
●    Negotiation and resolution of various emergencies during Customs clearance
●    Participate in AEO certification and audit.
●    SAP/Customs system daily operation.
●    Other tasks assigned by manager.

About you:

●    Fluent English in listening/reading/oral /written
●    Good knowledge in CN import and export laws/regulations
●    Work seriously and responsibly, be efficient and proactive, and have a good sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
●    Excellent communication and liaison skills
●    Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalence experience

Your experience includes:

●    Above 2 years working experience of import and export: including equipment import permit application, HTS code classification etc.
●    Experience of management of Customs E-Handbook

You May Also Have:

●    IFTZ/EPZ related working experience will be preferred. 
●    Practice in AEO as a plus
●    US Export control experience as a plus
