About the role - you will:

  • Develop GenAI-powered knowledge management solutions for SeaTrack MES using Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI frameworks. 
  • Build AI-powered coding assistants to improve developer productivity. 
  • Design and develop backend services using Java and modern software engineering practices. 
  • Develop integrations using messaging platforms and event-driven architectures. 
  • Create APIs and microservices for enterprise applications. 
  • Participate in software testing, debugging, and performance optimization. 
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools. 
  • Document technical designs, implementation details, and best practices. 
  • Collaborate with engineers and product teams in China, Singapore and United States. 
  • Present findings, prototypes, and recommendations to project stakeholders. 

About you:

  • Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Automation, or related fields. 
  • Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents. 
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems (Git). 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Knowledge of Java programming. 
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts. 
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and web application development. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English. 

Your experience includes:

  • Experience with Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar. 
  • Familiarity with Coding Assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent tools. 
  • Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, or Azure Service Bus. 
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. 
  • Exposure to container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. 
  • Understanding of Vector Databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agentic AI workflows. 
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Located in the high technology district, our site in Wuxi is a global manufacturing hub, where more than 5,000 employees deliver technical services, customer test, manufacturing and support capabilities.
