About our group:

The team is responsible for production Assembly & Test Process Control in Wuxi China.

About the role - you will:

•    Be responsible for online Assembly & Test Process Control to meet all aspects of, yield, quality, output goals. 
   o    Process flow implementation.
   o    Manage MES System.
   o    Monitor assembly and test performance.
   o    Label management.
   o    Prelim test failure analysis.
•    Online trouble shooting.
•    Process flow & productivity Improvement.
•    Assist supervisor/lead to manage the team performance.
•    Respond to other team’s request Communicate with other teams (production, process, quality and facility) if needed.

About you:

•    A strong sense of responsibility, can bear hardships and stand hard work, good team cooperation ability, good at communication and learning. 
•    Be fluent use in MS office, computer.
•    Can read BOM and drawing.
•    Have UNIX/Linux OS and related applications knowledge is preferred.
•    Can work by shift pattern (day/night shift).

Your experience includes:

•    Work experience in electronic, electrical product manufacturing is preferred.
•    Fresh graduates are also acceptable.
•    Associate degree or above
