About our group:

Wuxi C/R Process and Equipment Engineering focus on Hard Disk Drives (HDD) assembly process, equipment performance and HDD quality to deliver customer success. We deal with all the problems during production.

About the role - you will:

•    Utilize professional data analysis tools and programming languages to collect, clean, and analyze industrial production data, providing insights and recommendations.
•    Assist the engineering team in developing data analysis models to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency and productivity.
•    Apply programming skills to assist in the development and maintenance of software tools related to industrial data analysis.
•    Ensure the efficiency and maintainability of software, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
•    Independently participate in the design and development of web projects related to data analysis and software tools.
•    Deploy and maintain web projects, ensuring their continuous functionality and addressing any issues that may arise.
•    Collaborate with team members to create interactive and user-friendly web interfaces for data visualization and analysis.
•    Collaborate with engineering team members to gain a deep understanding of production processes and requirements, offering technical support and solutions.
•    Actively participate in data analysis projects, delivering high-quality work on time.
•    Create clear technical documentation, including but not limited to code documentation, data analysis reports, user manuals, and deployment guides.
•    Continuously learn and research the latest data analysis and artificial intelligence technologies, bringing in new innovations and solutions to the team.

About you:

•    Major in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Your experience includes:

•    Basic software development skills, proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, etc.).
•    Data analysis skills, familiarity with data processing and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
•    Experience in web project development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
•    Ability to independently design, develop, and deploy web applications.
•    Understanding and analytical capability related to industrial production data, knowledge of production processes, and basic principles of data collection.
•    Strong communication skills, the ability to articulate ideas clearly, and effective collaboration with team members.
•    Proactive and fast learner, with the ability to quickly acquire new technologies; preference given to candidates with a keen interest in the field of artificial intelligence.

Located in the high technology district, our site in Wuxi is a global manufacturing hub, where more than 4,000  employees deliver technical services, customer test, manufacturing and support capabilities.
