About our group:

The Analysis & Solutions Engineering group is a global team dedicated to failure analysis and the development of innovative solutions to enhance HDD performance.

About the role - you will:

•    Gain expertise in performing Drive Electrical and Mechanical Failure Analysis (FA) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of failures.
•    Design and implement engineering solutions using established techniques, practices, and procedures.
•    Develop HDD Failure Analysis platforms and data analysis tools using C/Python.
•    Engage in web project development, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
•    Partner with the Global IT team to continuously improve the FA platform.

About you:

•    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both verbal and written English.
•    Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working independently. Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to embrace challenges.

Your experience includes:

•    Proficiency in C or Python programming.
•    Strong troubleshooting, analytical, design, and debugging skills.
•    Experience working in cross-functional teams.
•    Data analysis and processing expertise.
•    Fluent English communication skills.

Location:

Located in the high technology district, our site in Wuxi is a global manufacturing hub, where more than 4,000 employees deliver technical services, customer test, manufacturing and support capabilities.
