About the role - you will:

•    Audit and analyze data
•    Establish good working relationship with internal and external customers
•    Assist internal and external customers in all matters related to program calculations
•    Maintain improvements of sales programs in coordination with the group
•    Be responsible for the analysis, calculation and audit of sales programs / customer rebates, specially designed for customers in the Americas region, through timely and correct program calculation and payment issuance
•    Build productive working relationships internally and externally 
•    Daily liaise with internal and external customers to ensure understanding and prompt payment of programs
•    Develop professional expertise applying company policies and procedures to resolve issues
•    Work with customer's reconciliations
•    Resolve program disputes
•    Participate and contribute to Finance Sales Programs special projects 
•    Be responsible for detailed instructions on new projects and assignments to be completed for the department
•    Performance metrics & compliance testing
•    Implementation and execution of internal controls
•    Perform ad hoc tasks as per required by Manager

About you:

  • Excellent command of the English language – written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enjoys working with numbers and data
  • High level of detail and accuracy
  • Good level of technical skills
  • Enjoy working as a team player in a fast paced environment
  • Can work under pressure and deadlines
  • Able to work in international team
  • Flexibility to work within multiple time zones is required

Your experience includes:

  • Knowledge in International Finance Environment
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, Macro, Formulas, V-look up, SQL)
  • Knime or Python programming is preferred
