About the role - you will:

· Be responsible for AR processes for our business and partners

· Daily Batch a cash & apply the remittance’s detail to Customer’s account

· Creating and sending an invoice to customers

· Review and maintain the customer’s statement

· To participate with our collectors to solve the issue

· Be responsible for Audit session by providing the proof document as request

· Build productive working relationships internally and externally

· Develop professional expertise applying company policies and procedures to resolve issues

· Work closely with a supervisor, the management and collection teams

· Monthly project will be assigned

· Participate and contribute to Finance special projects

· Be responsible for detailed instructions on new projects and assignments to be completed for the department

· Reports to the GFS AR Manager – Finance

About you:

· Good command of written and spoken English language (Especially Email writing)

· Good communication skills

· Be able to deal with a heavy workload and multiples tasking

· Have good self-control

· Detail-oriented person

· Be a team player

· Can work under pressure and deadlines

· Able to work in international team

Your experience includes:

· Knowledge in International Finance Environment

· Advanced MS Excel skills

· Experience working with Oracle and SAP S4/HANA

· Experience in LEAN project

· Bachelors and/or equivalent experience
