About the role - you will:

Seagate is seeking a Staff Analyst, Ecosystem Integration & Enablement Lead to help shape how next-generation AI infrastructure is adopted across partner and customer ecosystems by turning reference architectures into practical, scalable solutions.

Working at the intersection of architecture, software, partners, and customer deployment, you will help make Seagate solutions easier to deploy, manage, integrate, and adopt across infrastructure stacks, management frameworks, software ecosystems, and customer environments.

Ecosystem integration strategy

• Develop and execute Seagate’s ecosystem integration strategy across AI Infrastructure, Neo Cloud, Sovereign Cloud, Enterprise AI, and Physical AI markets to increase adoption within customer, partner, and ecosystem platforms.
• Translate ecosystem requirements into technical priorities and enablement initiatives in partnership with architecture and product teams.
• Help establish Seagate as a preferred data infrastructure partner across emerging AI infrastructure platforms.

Partner and platform enablement

• Embed Seagate technologies into partner infrastructure platforms, software stacks, operational frameworks, and customer deployment models.
• Enable partnerships across storage software providers, cloud platforms, OEMs, system integrators, and emerging AI infrastructure companies.
• Support partner technical onboarding through readiness programs, integration guides, deployment frameworks, and enablement materials.
• Serve as a technical liaison between Seagate and ecosystem partners throughout integration and deployment activities.

Open source and software ecosystem leadership

• Drive participation in open-source projects and software ecosystems relevant to AI infrastructure and data management.
• Support Seagate capabilities across software-defined storage platforms, object storage environments, orchestration frameworks, and management platforms.
• Work with developers, architects, and partners to improve deployment simplicity, operational efficiency, adoption, and technical credibility.
• Help shape integration roadmaps that support future AI infrastructure architectures.

Infrastructure and operational integration

• Enable Seagate technologies across infrastructure management platforms, orchestration layers, monitoring frameworks, operational tooling, and cloud-native platforms, including Kubernetes environments.
• Support deployment models involving object storage, distributed systems, and emerging AI infrastructure architectures.
• Collaborate with architecture and validation teams to deploy reference architectures consistently across partner environments.
• Create repeatable integration patterns that remove technical barriers, simplify partner adoption and customer deployment, and enable ecosystem scale-out.

Cross-functional leadership

• Align priorities across Architecture, Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and ecosystem partners while supporting customer engagements, partner workshops, architecture reviews, and technical enablement activities.
• Provide ecosystem feedback that influences future architecture, roadmap, and product decisions.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor on ecosystem strategy and partner enablement initiatives.

About you:

You are a collaborative technical leader who connects architecture, software, partners, and customer needs. You are comfortable influencing across teams and organizations without relying on direct authority and translating ecosystem requirements into practical technical priorities.

Your experience includes:

• 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering, infrastructure engineering, partner engineering, software integration, ecosystem development, or related technical roles.
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, storage architectures, and software ecosystems.
• Experience working with technology partners, developers, open-source communities, infrastructure platforms, software integrations, platform enablement, infrastructure deployment, or ecosystem adoption initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively across technical, business, product, and partner organizations, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Object storage, software-defined storage, and data management platforms.
• Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, automation frameworks, and orchestration environments.
• Open-source infrastructure projects and developer ecosystems.
• AI infrastructure, GPU environments, distributed computing, or accelerated infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with OEMs, cloud providers, system integrators, and software ecosystem partners.
• DPU, SmartNIC, networking, or infrastructure acceleration technologies.
• Partner enablement, technical alliance management, or ecosystem integration programs.
