About the role - you will:

We are looking for a Product Manager in Taipei. This position will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management while working with local and global talented teams.  

 

The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the development, launch, and growth of our products. As a new college graduate, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced mentors and contribute to various projects that align with our company's strategic goals.

 

  • Drive CSG product planning, roadmap, strategies, and long-vision directions and impacts; align with company objectives, customers, and market needs.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for new product development.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for product improvement and enhancement.
  • Support the creation of product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and product briefs.
  • Work closely with product development teams to understand product features and functionality, providing feedback and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Hardware and Software Engineering, Operations, Validation, and Program Management teams) to ensure smooth product development and launch.
  • Participate in cross-functional core meetings as a key member advocating for the product and markets and engage in discussions to stay updated on product progress and provide updates on assigned tasks.
  • Own a product segment eventually, influence product values to internal/external teams, business partners such as Retail/Brick and Mortar, Etail, etc.

About you:

  • Internship or relevant work experience in a product-related role.
  • Proficient in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar software.
  • Familiarity with Telemetry Data Analysis and Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Recent college graduate with a strong interest in product management.
  • Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and market research techniques.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Good communication skills, able to effectively work with teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong organizational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing product management skills.
  • Up to 10% business travel.
  • Fresh MBA graduates are welcome to apply.
