About the role - you will:
Lead and supervise a team of technicians in performing maintenance and repair tasks on tooling and equipment. Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure proper documentation. Monitor equipment performance and initiate improvement actions to enhance reliability and efficiency. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with relevant departments for procurement and logistics. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures. Provide technical guidance and training to team members. Analyze maintenance data and prepare reports for management. Your experience includes:
7+ years of experience in equipment/tooling/machine maintenance, preferably in Hard Disk Drive manufacturing. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical fields.
