Our HSA Process Development team explores innovative ideas and technologies to support current products and future product requirements. The team partners across engineering and manufacturing functions to develop practical solutions, improve process capability, and prepare new technologies for successful product introduction and mass production.

About the role - you will:

• Lead improvement projects that strengthen process performance, product quality, and manufacturing readiness
• Develop and mature processes that support design-center goals and the product roadmap
• Identify, evaluate, and introduce new technologies to support new product launches and transition solutions into mass production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve production problems and address technical challenges
• Apply engineering methods, data analysis, and statistical tools to identify root causes, validate solutions, and achieve project goals
• Communicate technical findings, project status, risks, and recommendations to partners and stakeholders
• Mentor and support team members by sharing technical knowledge, methods, and lessons learned

About you:

• Demonstrate leadership and ownership when driving improvement projects and resolving technical challenges
• Build effective working relationships through teamwork, collaboration, and clear communication
• Present technical information clearly and practically to cross-functional teams
• Plan and organize work effectively while balancing multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
• Adapt to a dynamic environment and remain focused on delivering measurable results
• Coach, mentor, and share knowledge with others to strengthen overall team capability
• Use sound engineering judgment and a structured, data-based approach to problem-solving
• Good command of Thai and English across listening, speaking, reading, and writing in a professional environment

Your experience includes:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Engineering and/or relevant experience
• Leading engineering or process-improvement projects from problem definition through implementation and results verification
• Applying statistical methods and engineering tools to analyze data, improve processes, and achieve technical goals
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent practical experience in engineering, science, or a related technical field
• Programming or automation using tools such as C#, Visual Basic, Pascal, or Python
• Experience with computer-aided design tools such as SolidWorks
• Experience with computer-aided engineering tools such as ANSYS
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Experience supporting new product introduction and the transition of processes into mass production

Location:

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
