About the role - you will:

Seagate is looking for an experienced social media strategist and practitioner to support Seagate’s global social media program. As the Social Media Senior Staff Program Manager, you will manage social media editorial content across Seagate’s social ecosystem. 

Key Responsibilities 
•    Set Seagate global social media strategy for launches, campaigns, and run-the-business content.
•    Work with Agile marketing team to execute creative content and campaigns. 
•    Communicate strategies and plans to internal and external stakeholders.
•    Collaborate closely with agency partners to ideate and execute social media campaigns.

About you:

•    Extensive experience in social media and digital customer journeys. 
•    Platform expertise on LinkedIn, X, Meta, TikTok, and awareness/proficiency in emerging platforms (Threads, BlueSky, etc.). 
•    Experience implementing and driving a social metrics programs including benchmarking, ongoing metrics, and launch recaps; experience in Tableau, Sprinklr, and in-platform organic and paid analytics is required. 
•    Run global-to-local content strategies.
•    Previous experience with responsibility for a full content calendar across all social media properties at a B2B technology company.
•    Developed, maintained, and evolved a comprehensive social media strategy.
•    Created a proven process to share social media strategies, plans, and content with stakeholders.

Your experience includes:

•    Managed editorial calendars across all social media properties at a B2B technology company. 
•    Been the primary contact for digital agency support, managing budgets, projects, outputs, and success reporting.
•    Simultaneously run launches, thought leadership campaigns, and run-the-business content across the social ecosystem. 
•    Master’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Business, etc.) is a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $190,000. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
