About our group:

We are a dynamic test maintenance team providing technical support and services to Media Process and Production team. Our main objective is to provide committed equipment performance ensuring smooth operation and equipment stability.

About the role - you will:

  • Oversee the test maintenance team, ensuring all test equipment is maintained and calibrated to meet production needs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve issues related to test equipment.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize test processes and equipment efficiency.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in test maintenance.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on maintenance activities, downtime, and equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols in all maintenance operations.

About you:

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, effective communication skills and detail oriented.
  • Ability to coach and develop team members.
  • Dependable and independent.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Your experience includes:

  • Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
  • Proven experience of a supervisory role in manufacturing environment.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office.
  • Experience working in cleanroom and warehouse environment.

Location:

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
