About our group:

Media Industrial Engineering (IE) team is playing factory capacity and capital planning roles to support RMO operations in Johor (Substrate) and Woodlands (Media). The team is part of a worldwide Ops planning team. This position will report directly to IE Director.

About the role - you will:

  • Manage Media factory capital/PR/POs in the next 3 years.
  • Manage Media factory production layout and keep improving space efficiency.
  • Manage and improve Media factory DL HPU, Optimal inventory, equipment OEE, etc.
  • Support IE department to submit the regular factory budgetary plan and long-term factory plan.
  • Support the cross departmental activities and projects, such as factory BCMS, BPM management, etc.
  • Build up capex/space dashboard to make data visible to all key stakeholders.
  • Aligning and executing to the company/IE organization priority metrics.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree with major in engineering/management
  • Skills of database management, data processing and automation, Tableau, PowerBI, Knime, Python, Optimization programming, etc.
  • Be sensitive on data analysis
  • Be good at drawing the layout with AutoCAD.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in industrial engineering and manufacturing planning area.
  • Teamwork and self-motivated
  • Positive and optimistic
  • Strong communication skills in English
