About our group:

We are part of a big OQ&A (Operation Quality & Analytics) Organization who respond to outgoing quality monitoring of Seagate product shipping to a customer. The big organization have an end to end product quality monitoring from upstream to downstream (Incoming through Outgoing).

About the role - you will:

  • Products Reliability Test (ODT / HLT4 / ORT) team leader who accountable for all product reliability test performance monitoring and improvement.
  • Leading, Instructing, Giving guidelines to team members on the best practice of data analysis to root cause.
  • Leading the product issue decision plan with cross functional team collaboration for best product outgoing performance.
  • Driving for the improvement from the Reliability common core issues.
  • Working on the new project to improve / enhance analytical process, towards IT4.0 and Lean concepts.

About you:

  • You will have the demonstrated ability to sustainably manage product outgoing quality DPPM versus trigger limit.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather data to define a suspected root cause of higher product DPPM to develop path of action.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead team towards the product DPPM goal both internal and external metrics.
  • You are highly motivated, organized, observant and a self-disciplined individual.

Your experience includes:

  • Demonstrable Data Analysis and Troubleshooting Skill and some of basic Statistic.
  • Ability to work under the pressure where your working result impact to product outgoing quality to customer.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Or Science with 7+ years experience, or Master’s Degree and 5+ years experience

You might also have:

  • Product Engineering or Drive Failure Analysis experience preferred.
  • Storage and/or Hard Disk Drive industry experience preferred.
