About our group:

We are a dynamic equipment maintenance team providing technical support and services to Media Process and Production, providing committed equipment performance and ensuring smooth operation and equipment stability. 

About the role - you will:

•    Monitoring of production equipment performance.
•    Attend to production equipment unscheduled down, perform troubleshooting and repairs.
•    Perform routine equipment preventive maintenance.
•    Perform equipment product conversion.
•    Perform offline servicing of PM components and spares. 
•    Perform equipment setup & upgrading activities.
•    Perform root cause analysis and providing corrective action for yield or quality issues and prepare report.
•    Continuous improvement on equipment OEE, safety hazards reduction and cost saving projects.

About you:

•    Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma or ITE
•    Self-motivated and positive working attitude.
•    Team player with good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
•    Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Willing to work in clean room environment.
•    Willing to work on 12 hr shift pattern, whether day or night shift.

Your experience includes:

•    At least 5 years relevant experience preferred 
•    Experience in servicing manufacturing equipment and working in cleanroom will be an advantage

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
