About our group:

Singapore Occupational Health supports employee well-being through professionally governed wellness programs, preventive education and engagement activities. The intern will work under the direction of the Singapore OH Manager or a designated mentor, supporting non-clinical projects across Singapore sites and shifts.

About the role - you will:

As a Singapore Occupational Health Intern

  • Support wellness campaigns, health talks, challenges, roadshows, and engagement activities.
  • Assist with project planning, registrations, attendance tracking, and event coordination.
  • Develop employee communications including emails, posters, FAQs, reminders, and campaign materials.
  • Create and maintain Microsoft Forms for registrations, surveys, and feedback collection.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze non-medical participation and engagement data using Excel and Power BI (where available).
  • Support SharePoint sites, templates, trackers, and approved workflow improvements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, speakers, and wellness champions on logistics and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and information security requirements.

Your experience includes:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Business, Psychology, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Forms.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, or Power BI is an advantage.
  • Basic skills in data organization, reporting, chart creation, and quality checks.
  • Experience from academic projects, student activities, volunteer work, events, surveys, or communications projects.
  • Ability to participate in onsite activities across Singapore locations when required.

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work. We offer a range of facilities including an in-house gym and dance studio, as well as after-work badminton and table tennis competitions.
