Our operations support advanced media manufacturing technologies within precision-controlled cleanroom environments and high-volume, 24/7 production operations.

 

As part of the Business Excellence team, you will work closely with Operations, Quality, Finance, Facility, Supply Chain, and Industrial Engineering teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive measurable operational improvements and deliver sustainable business value.

About the role - you will:

 

Reporting to the Business Excellence Senior Manager, you will lead high-impact improvement initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of business and operational processes, combined with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.

 

Success in this position requires a balanced blend of business acumen, industrial engineering expertise, and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will serve as a change agent, translating business objectives into sustainable operational improvements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the development of plant-wide capabilities in performance measurement, metrics management, and data-driven decision-making to enhance operational performance.
  • Drive improvement initiatives aligned with business strategies, key performance indicators (KPIs), and financial objectives, ensuring benefits are validated, tracked, and sustained.
  • Apply analytical and statistical methodologies to identify root causes, validate solutions, and improve productivity, workforce planning, budgeting accuracy, and Kaizen project effectiveness.
  • Work on AI and Automation projects to advance process digitalization, automation, and data visualization initiatives.
  • Facilitate and promote continuous improvement practices across the organization through coaching, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

About you:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with practical experience in data analysis and statistical problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop continuous improvement practitioners and project teams.
  • Strong adaptability and growth mindset, with a passion for learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance business performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and continuously evolving manufacturing environment.

Your experience includes:

 

 

  • Proven experience in business analysis and operational improvement within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional improvement projects and delivering measurable business results.
  • Solid knowledge and application of Lean methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), waste elimination, flow optimization, and pull systems.
