About our group:

SMS Manufacturing Supply Planning is a newly established team in Singapore, responsible for managing SAP material movements across the factory and third party warehouses. The team works closely with Factory, Purchasing, Production, and Logistics functions to ensure accurate data flow, material availability, and strong system integrity across manufacturing operations.

About the role - you will:

Reporting to the Operations and Supply Planning Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth material flow and data accuracy within the manufacturing supply chain. Your responsibilities include: 

  • Managing end to end SAP material movements and ensuring timely system transactions. 
  • Coordinating material flow with Purchasing, Production, and Logistics teams.  
  • Maintaining procurement and business system data accuracy and integrity.  
  • Creating and maintaining part number and assembly interest from Windchill to SAP. 
  • Verifying Bills of Materials (BOMs), part numbers, and commodity data across SAP and other enterprise systems.  
  • Monitoring daily SAP interface errors and resolving issues promptly.  
  • Creating material flow and storage locations as required. 
  • Preparing weekly inventory closing value reports for management review.  
  • Monitoring aging and slow moving materials to support inventory health. 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain / business or relevant disciplines. 
  • Skills in database management, data processing, and automation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.  
  • Is a collaborative team player who is self motivated, positive, and proactive. 
  • Communicates effectively in English.  
  • Is flexible and demonstrates strong time and task management skills 

Your experience includes:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in manufacturing or supply planning roles.
  • Strong data analysis and problem solving capabilities
