About our group:

The PCBA Supply Planning team plays a critical role in supporting drive manufacturing sites by ensuring timely and reliable PCBA supply. As part of a global operations planning organization, the team works closely with suppliers and crosssite partners to manage demand, capacity, and supply risks while maintaining healthy inventory levels. 

About the role - you will:

As a Senior Planner, you will support PCBA supply planning for the Singapore manufacturing site, balancing short term execution with long term planning to meet customer demand. You will: 

  • Manage short term and long term PCBA supply planning to support manufacturing requirements. 
  • Partner with PCBA suppliers and cross site planners to ensure capacity readiness and respond to demand changes.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks while maintaining continuity of operations.
  • Monitor and manage PCBA inventory health, including controlling inventory levels and addressing long aging risks.
  • Drive productivity improvements through automation and reduction of manual processes.
  • Design and develop real time dashboards to provide centralized visibility and enable data driven decision making. 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Communicates effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • Is a collaborative team player who is proactive, self driven, and comfortable working in a fast paced, data intensive environment. 

Your experience includes:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in materials scheduling or supply planning.
  • Experience in process automation and/or digital transformation initiatives.  
  • Hands on experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms.
