About our group:

Our Facility team is dedicated to the operation and maintenance of various utility systems crucial for the round-the-clock operation of our high-tech manufacturing plant. We manage systems such as Chiller, Cooling Tower, Compressed Dried Air, Vacuum, Process Cooling Water, UPW, and HT/LT Electrical Installations, along with Cleanroom HVAC equipment. As a vital part of the organization, we contribute to the efficiency, reliability, sustainability, and innovation of our plant.

About the role - you will:

As Senior Engineering Specialist and as one of our team members, your role and responsibility would be as such.

  • Learn and contribute to the operation and control of various facility equipment/systems through the Facility Control Center using SCADA computer
  • Perform daily logging, update checklists, and engage in in-house preventive maintenance (PM) activities
  • Renewal License for Equipment’s due for Calibration & certification works for Clean room
  • Purchase of Spare parts for Operation and repair
  • Tracking of Monthly Electrical Consumption, Budgeting Expenses
  •  Assist Engineer for projects and coordination with Vendors and Contractors
  • Supervise vendor PM/repair work, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Schedule and track weekly/monthly PM activities and close computerized work orders upon completion
  • Respond promptly to facility system/equipment breakdowns, production-related issues and effectively to minimize downtime
  • Monitor and evaluate equipment/system performance and capacity usage, providing regular reports to superiors for further review
  • Record and optimize the plant's water consumption
  • Track Cooling Tower water quality and water parameters for compliance with regulatory standards
  • Maintain records of equipment service reports for audit purposes

About you:

  • Self-initiative, positive attitude, and the ability to work well as a team member
  • Proactive, independent, and capable of working with minimal supervision and under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and contribute actively
  • Availability for rotating 12-hour shifts
  • Qualification: NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/I&C Engineering

Your experience includes:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Operation and Maintenance in a semiconductor/wafer fab/electronic manufacturing plant
  • Hands-on experience and good knowledge of troubleshooting Electrical Distribution, Motor Control Center, VSD, ACMV systems, and Building Services
  • Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
