About our group:

The Process Engineering team develops, sustains, and improves backend manufacturing processes in a high-volume, automated environment. The team partners with Operations, Equipment Engineering, Automation, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to deliver stable yield, strong process capability, and cost-efficient manufacturing performance. We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Senior Process Engineering Specialist who enjoys solving manufacturing challenges and driving continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

About the role - you will:

  • Own and sustain critical backend manufacturing processes by monitoring yield, SPC trends, scrap, downtime, cycle time, and key process indicators.
  • Investigate process excursions and quality issues using structured root cause analysis, then implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Partner with Production, Equipment Engineering, Automation, Maintenance, and Quality to improve process stability, equipment capability, and failure mode reduction.
  • Support new product introduction builds, engineering trials, process transfers, tool conversions, and qualification activities.
  • Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, defects, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare engineering reports, technical summaries, and presentations for engineering and management review.
  • Maintain process documentation, work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and engineering change records.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects related to yield, scrap, cycle time, cost, digitization, and standardization.
  • Involve in qualification related activities i.e. post-maintenance, preventive maintenance, and new machine qualification as defined by in process instructions.

Your experience includes:

•    Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
•    5 to 8 years of relevant experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, production support, or industrial operations.
•    Experience in high-volume manufacturing, SPC, DOE, root cause analysis, process optimization, and qualification activities.
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools such as Power BI, Minitab, JMP, Tableau, Python, SQL or equivalent applications.
