About the role - you will:
The incumbent will lead the Business Excellence team to deliver strategic operational improvements, drive cross-functional projects, and embed a Lean culture to achieve measurable business outcomes and sustainable organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the Business Excellence team to achieve strategic operational objectives aligned with business goals.
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality standards.
- Champion Lean initiatives by embedding continuous improvement methodologies and fostering a Lean culture at all workforce levels.
- Develop and execute headcount planning and deployment strategies to maximize factory efficiency and labor utilization.
- Act as a Change Agent, driving organizational transformations that deliver quantifiable and sustainable improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to build strong partnerships and influence decision-making for operational excellence.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma expertise to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor project outcomes and report measurable business impact to senior leadership.
About you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams toward achieving complex organizational goals.
- Results-driven mindset with a relentless focus on delivering high-impact, measurable outcomes.
- Collaborative and adaptable; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and builds strong rapport with stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and facilitate process adoption across diverse teams.
Your experience includes:
- Minimum 5 years of process improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in leading large-scale, cross-functional projects that deliver tangible business benefits.
- Working knowledge and practical application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
