The Warehousing team within the logistics organization is responsible for managing storage, inventory control, and distribution processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. The team focuses on optimizing warehouse performance, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement through the adoption of Automation and AI technologies, including the Automated Storage and Retrieval System.

About the role - you will:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Logistics Analyst to support warehouse and logistics operations across media assembly materials, components, and finished goods. Reporting to the Logistics Manager – Warehousing, this role provides hands-on operational and analytical support for day-to-day warehouse activities, 3PL coordination, inventory accuracy, and reporting, as well as support for the site’s ASRS 4WS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System)

About you:

Warehouse & 3PL Operations

  • Support day-to-day warehouse operations managed by the 3PL, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and outbound shipments.
  • Coordinate with the 3PL provider on daily activities, issue resolution, and service performance.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Coordinate with vendor and warehouse suppliers on warehouse services and equipment

Inventory & Data Analysis

  • Maintain accurate inventory records across the warehouse and ASRS 4WS through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to support improvements in warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

ASRS 4WS Support

  • Support ASRS 4WS operations including UAT testing, inventory migration, and process training for operations and 3PL staff.
  • Perform first-level ASRS 4WS troubleshooting and exception handling, escalating complex faults to engineering or vendor support.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Support compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize space utilization and material handling.

Your experience includes:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferably with a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an O-Level / SPM equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related technologies.
  • Experience working with or familiarity with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for inventory and performance monitoring.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process discipline.

 

Preferred Skills

  • First-level ASRS 4WS troubleshooting capability and experience with UAT, migration, or process training.
  • Familiarity with WMS automation modules and ERP integration.
  • Experience with warehouse automation technologies
  • Familiarity with ESD handling
  • Experience with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
