About the role - you will:

We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking Internal Communications Executive to join our team based in Singapore. In this role, you will support the Site Internal Communications Manager in crafting and delivering high-impact, visual narrative experiences for our multi-site operations across Singapore and Malaysia.

If you are a fresh graduate with a background in creative writing, filmmaking, media arts, or digital storytelling who wants to redefine how corporate stories are told, or an early-career professional looking to scale your impact, we want to hear from you. We value punchy, visual, and modern content over traditional corporate prose, and we actively encourage the use of emerging AI tools to amplify your creativity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Content Creation: Draft crisp, engaging, and highly visual internal announcements, festive greetings, e-newsletters, and presentation decks.
  • Multimedia & Video Storytelling: Own the end-to-end production (ideation, filming, and editing) of short-form video assets and digital content to bring site stories and leadership messages to life.
  • Sites Communication Delivery: Partner with Site Leads and management across 6 sites in Singapore (Woodlands, Shugart) and Malaysia (Johor, Penang) to implement site internal communication strategies, site activities, and local updates.
  • Platform Management: Manage and update internal news platforms, digital displays, SharePoint sites, and internal social media channels to ensure optimal employee engagement.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing dynamic site-wide events, including quarterly hybrid All-Hands/Town Hall meetings, site connect sessions, and corporate initiatives.
  • Innovation & Research: Keep a pulse on internal communication trends, acting as a creative content aggregator who tests new formats and AI workflows to optimize communication efficiency.

AI & Process Improvement Focus:

  • AI-Driven Content Workflows: Leverage AI platforms and generative tools to accelerate drafting, brainstorming, and visual asset creation, shifting the focus from manual execution to high-impact content curation.
  • Communications Process Optimization: Actively experiment with and implement AI workflows to streamline repetitive tasks—such as generating quick text summaries, transcribing town halls, or drafting multi-site announcement templates—to maximize communication speed and agility.
  • Audience Engagement Innovations: Monitor emerging trends in internal communications to find creative, AI-assisted ways to deliver bite-sized, visual stories that capture employee attention without overwhelming them with text.

About you:

  • Tech Savvy:
    • Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite is a strong plus.
    • Proficiency in design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Clip Champ, Canva).
    • Comfortable with—or highly eager to leverage—AI platforms to optimize content creation workflows.
  • Communication Style: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for translating complex updates into clear, digestible, and visually compelling narratives.
  • Mindset: A detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and a willingness to occasionally help facilitate/moderate or anchor internal gatherings.

Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications and New Media, Film or Video Production, Media Arts, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate marketing, or a creative agency. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio in creative writing, video, or media are also encouraged to apply.
