Finance Analyst (Graduate)

Seagate’s Finance Department is seeking a Financial Analyst to support Factory Operations. You must have good analytical skill and business acumen and able to cope in a fast-paced environment. We also seek for candidate with strong passion in software and technology to help enhancing the team’s knowledge in this area. This is a highly visible role with good training for career advancement opportunities.

About the role - you will:

As a finance Analyst focus on financial planning and working closely with our business partners to manage the financial performance. We also seek for candidate with strong passion in software and technology to help enhance finance processes and controls.

• Consolidate and analyse weekly financial outlook and actuals, provide timely variance explanation and mitigation plan
• Quarterly budgeting and forecast process
• Facilitate Operations decision making with timely and meaningful analysis
• Support and ensure compliance to accounting standard and SOX
• Perform month-end close activities and ensure timely closing reports submission
• Manage spending task and identify risk/opportunity with operation partners
• Others ad hoc task will be assigned accordingly

About you:

• Good accounting and analytical skills
• Good business acumen and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player, flexible and multi-task

Your experience includes:

• Graudated from Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• Experience in accounting and/or finance.
