About our group:

The Media Process Team is at the forefront of innovation, specializing in lubricant application and UV curing technology for enhanced product reliability. Our tape burnish division leverages advanced equipment, along with a myriad of tape materials and abrasives, to ensure exceptional surface quality vital for low flying height testing.

About the role - you will:

  • Provide comprehensive support in Media Back End process
  • Ensure media manufacturing conformance to the process flow, specification and procedure
  • Implement effective process control and audit to ensure product and process compliance/conformance
  • Conduct root cause analysis for process issues
  • Conduct experiments for yield/process improvements
  • Support the setup, troubleshoot and qualification of backend process equipment
  • Provide technical assistance to Production Manufacturing Specialists

About you:

  • Possess a Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
  • A good team player with positive attitude and self-initiative
  • Have good interpersonal, communication, problem solving & data analysis skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Are prepared to work in a Cleanroom Environment
  • Are prepared to work in Night shift

Your experience includes:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A strong knack for data analysis and acquisition techniques
  • Familiar with Statistical process control and manufacturing workflow

Location:

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
