About the role - you will:

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of production and testing equipment. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, maintain high-quality standards, and support continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production and test equipment to meet company standards and minimize downtime.
• Establish and implement preventive maintenance programs and procedures to ensure equipment reliability.
• Administer training programs for proper equipment operation, preventive maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Conduct head changes for Burnish, Glide, and Cert heads.
• Troubleshoot testers down to the board level.
• Maintain testers and automation systems, including pick-and-place robots.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance activities.
• Monitor machine yield and performance through real-time systems and take corrective actions as needed.

Your experience includes:

• NITEC/Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma
• Relevant experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in equipment troubleshooting till board level is preferred
• Experience working in cleanroom environments and testing department is advantageous.
