About our group:

Source PM Team is a functional group that works on sputter source repair/conversion tasks so as to maintain a healthy inventory on source availability to support production

About the role - you will:

  • Perform sputter source repair according to Troubleshhooting Flowchart upon chronic failure sources identified.
  • Perform sputter source conversion according to procedure per MPS plan to make sure no source disconnect.
  • Perform source/Components failure analysis together with equipment engineers to improve source robustness, reduce failure rate and maintain quality
  • Responsible for proper tracking of failure components and compliance of procedure
  • Feedback to management team upon issues
  • Involving in cost saving projects, work with relevant parties to work as a team to drive cost reduction

About you:

  • Self-motivated and positive working attitude.
  • Team player with good problem-solving skill.
  • Willing to work in clean room environment.
  • Willing to work on 12hr (7.30am to 7.45pm) Day shift pattern

Your experience includes:

  • Fresh graduate welcome
  • Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
  • Possess of Sputter knowledge will be an added advantage

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
