About our group:

Our group is responsible for MDW/MDSW process engineering, supporting product performance in manufacturing/yield and customer product quality related to media servo pattern and test quality.

About the role - you will:

  • MDW Process Engineering Team is responsible for glass media products MDW / MDSW, DETCR & Aperio Shift Process related issues.
  • Handling operational tasks overnight.
  • The area of responsibility includes Shift Status Report / SMS report, monitoring & improving MDW Yield / Insertion & DMR reduction
  • Assist / support the product Engineers on the product related engineering issue. Perform & carrying out engineering evaluation
  • Monitoring the process closely to ensure conformance to process procedures
  • Create comprehensive passdown report to ensure work continuity in the subsequent working shift

About you:

  • Possess a Diploma in any Engineering discipline.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented mentality
  • Works well in a dynamic team environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Are prepared to work in a Cleanroom Environment
  • Willing to work on 12hr (7.30pm to 7.45am) Day shift pattern

Your experience includes:

  • Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
  • Experience in troubleshooting and conducting failure analysis will be an added advantage

Location:

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass-transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available.
