About our group:

Seagate’s Learning & Development team partners across HR, IT, Compliance, EHS, and business teams to deliver scalable learning programs, maintain accurate training records, and support employee and leader development across Seagate.

About the role - you will:

•    Administer SAP SuccessFactors Learning end to end, including learning items, classes, curricula, assignment profiles, users, roles, permissions, notifications, learning history, and reports
•    Manage global learning launches by configuring assignments and enrollments; tracking attendance and completion; correcting learning records when authorized; and coordinating learner communications
•    Create, publish, test, and troubleshoot SCORM-based eLearning using tools such as Articulate, iSpring, or comparable authoring tools; validate publishing settings, completion rules, bookmarking, quizzes, and LMS communication
•    Investigate complex LMS issues, including training that does not assign or remains incomplete, by reproducing the issue, reviewing configurations and learner history, analyzing content or SCORM behavior, documenting root cause, and implementing sustainable corrective actions. 
•    Develop, reconcile, and validate learning reports for compliance, ISO, safety, audit readiness, business decisions, and executive reporting; investigate discrepancies and protect training-record accuracy
•    Plan and execute user acceptance testing for SuccessFactors releases, system enhancements, learning content, reporting access, and learner workflows by writing test scenarios, logging defects, validating fixes, and confirming production readiness
•    Partner with program managers, instructional designers, HRIS, IT, Compliance, EHS, business leaders, and vendors to translate learning requirements into effective, scalable system solutions
•    Maintain learning governance through consistent naming conventions, data standards, security roles, system configuration, and documented controls
•    Create and maintain job aids, help files, test evidence, process documentation, and standard operating procedures
•    Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual work, improve data quality, simplify workflows, and strengthen learning operations
•    Provide responsive support to employees, managers, instructors, HR partners, and business stakeholders; explain technical issues and next steps clearly to nontechnical users
•    Lead or support cross-functional learning technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives while managing competing priorities based on business impact

About you:

•    Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly in English
•    Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT to improve documentation, reporting, productivity, or knowledge management
•    Fluent communication in English

 

Your experience includes:

•    A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in HR, learning technologies, instructional design, business systems, IT, or a related field
•    Hands-on administration of SAP SuccessFactors Learning or a comparable enterprise Learning Management System, with end-to-end ownership beyond learner-level use
•    Hands-on experience creating and maintaining LMS items, classes, curricula, assignment profiles, completion records, learning history, permissions, notifications, and reports
•    Hands-on experience creating or publishing SCORM content and testing or troubleshooting it in an LMS, with practical knowledge of SCORM 1.2 or 2004, completion tracking, bookmarking, quizzes, and publishing settings
•    Experience planning and performing UAT, writing test cases or scenarios, logging defects, validating fixes, and distinguishing test environments from production
•    Experience validating and reconciling training data, performing root cause analysis, correcting learning records under established controls, and maintaining audit-ready documentation
•    Experience supporting global learning operations, compliance training, HR systems, or business systems administration
•    Experience supporting manufacturing, safety, ISO, compliance, or other regulated training environments
•    Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, dashboards, workflow tools, large datasets, or reporting tools
•    Experience with video learning, digital learning libraries, SCORM Cloud, or additional eLearning authoring tools
