About our group:

You will be part of a collaborative Total Rewards team focused on delivering competitive, compliant, and locally relevant reward programs that support business growth across Asia. This role serves as the country lead for Singapore (primary focus) and Taiwan, playing a key role in ensuring our rewards approach remains aligned with both market expectations and organizational priorities.

In this position, you will independently shape and optimize country-specific total rewards programs by translating business needs, workforce insights, market trends, and regulatory requirements into practical solutions across compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and policy governance. Your work will directly support the organization’s ability to attract and retain talent while maintaining fairness, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

 

About the role - you will:

  • Lead market benchmarking and compensation analysis to maintain competitive and relevant pay practices for key talent segments.
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions to address pay equity considerations, balancing business needs with consistency and fairness.
  • Design and support country-level incentive and variable pay programs that align with business objectives and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance on local labor regulations and market practices, ensuring Total Rewards programs remain compliant and up to date.
  • Translate compensation and benefits data into clear insights and recommendations to support decision-making by HR and business leaders.
  • Manage vendor governance and performance for benefits and wellbeing programs to ensure service quality and program effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of benefits and wellbeing strategies aligned with workforce needs and market practices.
  • Oversee mobility and immigration processes, ensuring policy compliance and a consistent employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR partners, finance, and business stakeholders to align rewards programs with broader organizational priorities.

About you:

  • You bring strong expertise in compensation, benefits, and labor law compliance, with a solid understanding of country-specific practices.
  • You are comfortable working with data and able to translate analysis into practical recommendations.
  • You demonstrate effective communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to work independently and influence decisions.
  • You take a structured, thoughtful approach to problem-solving and are committed to delivering high-quality, consistent outcomes.

Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Approximately 12 years of relevant experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
  • Experience in market benchmarking, pay analysis, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or Workday, with strong Excel and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in a regional or multinational environment is advantageous.
