About our group:

This role independently leads the design and optimization ofcountry-specific total rewards programs, translating business priorities, workforce needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements into practical country solutions across compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and policy governance. This is achieved by conducting advanced market benchmarking, salary equity analyses, cost benefit analyses and regulatory compliance assessments while coordinating formal networks across HR, finance, and business leadership to align country programs with global organizational objectives and workforce scaling priorities.

Countries in scope: Singapore (Primary Focus), Taiwan

About the role - you will:

  • Lead country-specific market benchmarking studies to establish competitive salary bands for critical engineering and manufacturing roles.
  • Independently evaluate and resolve complex salary equity issues across country operations with minimal guidance.
  • Design and recommend country-level incentive and variable pay structures aligned with HAMR platform scaling priorities.
  • Assess and interpret country labor law changes to proactively update compensation and benefits program compliance.
  • Compile advanced compensation and benefits analytics reports for country management and global total rewards leadership.
  • Direct country-level vendors for benefits and wellbeing programs, ensuring service quality, issue resolution, and alignment to business and employee needs.
  • Lead the design and delivery of country benefits and wellbeing initiatives by assessing workforce needs, market practices, and program effectiveness.
  • Oversee country mobility and immigration processes by coordinating policy application, vendor support, and employee cases in line with business, compliance, and employee needs.
  • Interacts with global total rewards leadership, country HR business partners, finance teams, HR operations, line managers, and benefits vendors.

About you:

  • Demonstrates deep expertise in country-specific compensation analysis, benefits administration, and labor law compliance
  • Possesses advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or Workday, Excel modeling, and regulatory reporting tools
  • Exhibits strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders independently

Your experience includes:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Economics with 12 years of related experience.
