About the role - you will:

 

Talent Management:

 

  • Develop and implement global talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Oversee career development programs, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address talent gaps and opportunities.
  • Performance Management:
  • Design and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure alignment of performance management practices with organizational goals and values.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and development.

Talent Development

  • Lead the design and delivery of talent development programs, including training, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
  • Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Measure the impact of talent development programs and continuously improve based on feedback and data.

 

Leadership and Collaboration

 

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Talent Management team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of talent initiatives with business objectives.

 

About you:

You are a highly experienced and strategic leader with a strong focus on Talent Development. You have a deep understanding of instructional design and a proven track record in leading global talent initiatives. You excel in providing coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and development. Your excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills enable you to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment.

Your experience includes:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Extensive experience in talent management, performance management, and LMS administration within a technology organization.

  • Experience with global talent management and development initiatives.

  • Strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in a senior HR leadership role.

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or related HR technologies.
