About our group:

Our HRIS work closely with HR and business stakeholders to deliver, support, and continuously improve SAP SuccessFactors solutions across the organization. The team is responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing system support to enable scalable, compliant, and efficient HR processes.

About the role - you will:

  • Lead or project manage end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors initiatives, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, UAT, and deployment, depending on project scope
  • Partner closely with HR Business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system and technical solutions
  • Manage and guide team members to support project delivery and ongoing operations
  • Support issue resolution by assessing system or process gaps and proposing appropriate solutions
  • Act as a key point of contact with SuccessFactors partners and SAP for ticket resolution and issue escalation

Employee Central

  • Have hands-on experience supporting Employee Central configurations, including security and role-based permissions (RBP) design, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Support or participate in mass updates, workflows, email notifications, MDF objects, and business rule configurations
  • Work on business rules used in areas such as global benefits, document generation, job changes, and offer letters
  • Support or participate in global benefits plan design, implementation, and open enrollment programs, working alongside HR and project teams

Recruiting & RMK

  • Have hands-on experience working with Recruiting and RMK modules, including exposure to configuration and operational support
  • Support RMK and career site configurations and mappings
  • Participate in Recruiting to Employee Central mappings and integrations, working with internal teams or partners

Onboarding 2.0

  • Have hands-on experience supporting Onboarding 2.0 processes, programs, and forms
  • Participate in custom object and user interface development, working with functional and technical teams
  • Support the configuration of business rules to trigger forms, custom objects, and UI components
  • Configure or support Onboarding custom email notifications

SuccessFactors Platform

  • Have working experience supporting SuccessFactors platform activities, including tenant provisioning and tenant refresh processes
  • Support or work with IAS/IPS and Integration Center
  • Participate in or support SuccessFactors AI-related initiatives or projects

About you:

  • Comfortable working across business and technical teams in a collaborative environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to assess issues, manage ambiguity, and contribute to practical system or process solutions

Your experience includes:

  • At least 8–10 years of SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience
  • At least 5 years of people management experience
  • Participation in and ownership of end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations across one or more of the following modules:
    • Employee Central
    • Recruiting
    • RMK
    • Onboarding 2.0
