  • Build strategic communication plans in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders from HR, Legal, Compliance, and other orgs.
  • Participate in editorial planning, campaign brainstorms, and content reviews.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging that reflects Seagate’s values and brand.
  • Apply feedback and data insights to continuously improve messaging effectiveness.
  • Ensure communication materials are accessible and inclusive for global audiences.
  • Stay informed on best practices in internal communications, storytelling, and employee engagement.

About you:

  • You are a strong and versatile writer who can simplify complex information without losing nuance.
  • You think strategically and execute creatively, with a passion for purpose-driven storytelling.
  • You are proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a global reach.
  • You understand how to tailor content to diverse audiences across regions and functions.
  • You are collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback and new ideas.

Your experience includes:

  • 3-5 years in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement—preferably within a global and/or large-scale organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with subject matter experts, leaders, and other communicators.
  • Experience managing communications for HR, Legal, or Compliance topics is a plus.
  • Proven abilities in Microsoft 365 (including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint) or equivalent comms creation and publishing platforms.
  • Strong editing, proofreading, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with metrics and tools to measure communication effectiveness.
  • Preferred experience in visual design, including creating videos or graphics using applications such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
