Global Revenue Operations is a key function that enables our Sales team’s success to achieve their goals and revenue. As we continue to explore ways to grow our business, there are requirements for us to continue to leverage technologies to keep track and manage our day-to-day business.

About the role - you will:

As an intern part of our Enablement team help us understand how we can better adopt and leverage our internal systems and agentic AI within the Microsoft suite of tools and M365. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented trainer and analyst with a passion for workflow, process, and automation with AI.

 

  • Understand key sales and accountmanagement processes, identify pain points and propose AIdriven automations.
  • Build, test and deploy agents and low/nocode workflows in Copilot Studio, Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Prototype more complex agents in Python, converting them into productionready Copilot solutions.
  • Translate raw data (CRM, SAP, Salesforce, Business Objects) into dashboards and KPIs for GTM leaders.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence–IT to migrate reports and workflows onto the enterprise analytics stack.
  • Coordinate enablement sessions: create training collateral, schedule classes, capture feedback and track adoption metrics.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance and IT stakeholders.

 

About you:

We're seeking for a highly motivated, resourceful, and data-driven analyst with the following attributes:

  • Curious, resourceful and comfortable working through ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical thinker with a passion for process improvement and automation.
  • Confident communicator who can simplify technical concepts for nontechnical audiences.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a global, crossfunctional setting..

Your experience includes:

  • Currently Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or Computer Science.
  • Handson exposure to Copilot Studio (or comparable agentbuilding platforms) and the Microsoft Power Suite.
  • Python proficiency and familiarity with Visual Studio Code.
  • Experience querying large data sets or data warehouses; Excel & PowerPoint mastery.
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience, basic ML/AIOps knowledge, and familiarity with GTM processes is an advantage

The Shugart site (named after Seagate’s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center. Easily accessible from the One-North MRT Station, many employees choose to take mass transportation to work.
