About our group:
Servo Engineering’s primary mission is to provide robust ultra-precision position control technologies Firmware and servo hardware architectures, to enable aggressive advancement in high performance HDD density growth. The team also serves a critical HDD Systems role, working closely with and enabling other functions in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical, Recording Technology, Customer Interface, Manufacturing, and Reliability. In this role you will be part of the Servo Engineering Group and will develop firmware to support new hardware, features to enable higher density, servo hardware architectures and innovation to enable Seagate’s future roadmap.
