About the role - you will:

 

  • Provide electrical design, development and support of solid state drive products
  • Demonstrate proficiency in: understanding and establishing system level performance, power consumption, addressing thermal challenges and design of high speed/cost driven printed circuit boards
  • Perform electrical circuit analysis
  • Support electrical design, development and support of Solid State Drive products
  • Define and verify system performance, power, thermal and EMC compliance requirements
  • Assist with electrical and electro-mechanical issue resolution

About you:

Your experience includes:

 

  • Experience in printed circuit board design using industry utilized schematic and PCB layout tools
  • Familiar with Mentor Graphics and Ansoft modeling
  • Proficient with analyzers and scopes to debug development issues
  • Experience with microcontroller system hardware/software development
  • Experience with system power and thermal challenges and validation of requirements
  • Demonstrated the ability to develop a product from concept to production, including regulatory testing, debug, validation, and design for test
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related field (i.,e Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Computer Engineering, Materials, Physics, or Information Technology) and 10+ years of experience or Master’s Degree in the same and 8+ years’ experience  or PhD and 6+ years’ experience or equivalent experience and education

This position can be based out of Shakopee, MN or Longmont, Co.

Colorado's 2021 Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) requires we inform you of the estimated base salary range for this position is: $98,113.60 to $143,000.00.
