About our group:

The Test Maintenance team plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring production test equipment and automation systems operate at optimum performance. We are responsible for maintaining equipment reliability, maximizing uptime, and driving continuous improvement to support quality, yield, productivity, and operational excellence.

Working closely with Production, Process Engineering, Automation, and Equipment Engineering teams, we help ensure stable and efficient manufacturing operations while supporting new technology introductions and capacity expansion initiatives.

About the role - you will:

As a Test Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead maintenance activities and drive equipment reliability to support manufacturing performance and business objectives.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance professionals to achieve equipment, yield, safety, and productivity goals.
  • Drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
  • Support the installation, calibration, qualification, and maintenance of production test equipment, automation systems, and robotic handlers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, resolve production disruptions, and improve operational performance.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on OEE, downtime reduction, cost optimization, and yield enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS, LOTO, and company safety requirements while supporting audits, risk assessments, and documentation control.

Your experience includes:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
  • 3–8 years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance, test equipment support, or high-volume production environments.
  • Experience troubleshooting equipment and performing preventive or predictive maintenance.
  • Knowledge of automation systems, robotics, PLCs, test equipment, or manufacturing technologies.
  • Experience analyzing equipment performance, yield, or operational data to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
