About our group:

Global Revenue Operations is a key function within the GTM organization, responsible for managing the revenue and demand planning process across a five-quarter horizon, near-term execution, supply allocation, and finished goods inventory optimization.

About the role - you will:

You are a highly analytical, data-driven Analyst responsible for owning Global Revenue Operations metrics and leading downstream inventory management analytics. You will manage excess and EOL inventory strategies, aged inventory projections, and demand-supply alignment. This role requires deep expertise in Excel-based modeling and analytics to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that guide executive decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve Global Revenue Operations metrics, delivering data-driven insights for executive visibility.
  • Build advanced Excel models to forecast inventory positions and optimize excess and EOL inventory strategies.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify risks and opportunities impacting revenue and inventory performance.
  • Develop scalable reporting frameworks and KPIs to monitor inventory health and revenue outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with PLM, Supply Chain, and Route-to-Market teams on product transitions and demand shaping.
  • Drive automation and process improvements through advanced Excel, analytics tools, and AI.

 

About you:

  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to structure complex business problems into data-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with high standards for data integrity and accuracy.
  • Experience owning metrics end-to-end, from data sourcing to executive presentation.
  • Able to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and deliver insights under tight timelines.

Your experience includes:

  • Advanced Excel expertise including complex modeling, PivotTables, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, and automation (Power Query preferred).
  • Experience in analytics-heavy roles within Revenue Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or Inventory Management.
  • Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business, or a related quantitative field or equivalent experience.


You might also have:

  • Experience with BI tools such as SAP, Power BI, or BOBJ.
  • Familiarity with inventory analytics, forecasting, and revenue planning models.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled analytics tools.
  • PMP or Agile certification.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $84,300 - $121,500. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
