About our group:
Global Revenue Operations is a key function within our GTM Organization, chartered with managing the revenue and demand planning process across a five-quarter time horizon, near-term execution, supply allocation and finished goods management.
About the role - you will:
You are an experienced Analyst with acute attention to detail and the desire to revolutionize global processes and develop actionable metrics with an AI-first mindset. You will also own downstream inventory activities, including excess inventory depletion and EOL demand planning. This role will report to the Director of Strategic Revenue Operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize and coument end to end processes for the Global Revenue Operations Team.
• Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new tools, processes, and operating models across global teams.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance analytics, forecasting, backlog and shipment reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with IT to manage create executive-ready dashboards and reports in support of our BTO model and operational KPIs.
• Own quarterly metrics reporting and insights for the Global Revenue Operations organization.
• Analyze large, complex, and disparate data sets to identify risks and opportunities impacting excess inventory depletion and create actionable insights for Sales, Account Management, and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with PLM, Route-To-Market, and Supply Chain Teams on product transitions and EOL plans, orchestrate demand shaping to ensure effective planning.

Your experience includes:
• Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, IF-Statements, V-Lookups, complex modeling, automation, data transformation). You might also have:
• Experience working with AI-enabled tools and analytics solutions.
• Strong process development and change management capabilities.
• Proven ability to synthesize disparate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Management, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Account Management, Finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience working with SAP, Power BI, and Co-Pilot.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or certification in an Agile framework (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
• Experience supporting global or matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with revenue forecasting, planning, or sales operations models.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $81,500 - $116,500. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
