About our group:

 

Our Facilities team ensures the reliable, safe, and efficient operation and maintenance of critical building infrastructure, utilities management, clean water and waste water treatment plant, ACMV, Compress Dry Air, scrubbers system and janitorial services.  We also oversee the performance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Facilities Management System ( FMS ) and Extra Low Voltage ( ELV ) systems which monitor and control key services such as ACMV, electrical system, compressed dry air ( CDA ), scrubbers, swarf , and other utilities, as well as security systems including card access, CCTV. 

The team drives system optimization, energy efficiency initiatives, operational reliability, and cost management while maintaining accurate data, up-to-date documentation, and full compliance with regulatory, safety and company standards.

About the role - you will:

Be responsible for the following tasks: 

 

Facilities Management System (FMS)

 

  • Manage daily operations of the Facilities Management System (FMS) including troubleshooting system alarms, performing routine inspections, adjusting control parameters, and coordinating with technical teams to resolve equipment issues
  • Coordinating and monitoring service contractor activities for the preventive maintenance service, schedules and report
  • Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, regulatory and company standards
  • Track facilities issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution
  • Support system upgrades, data migration, and configuration improvements
  • Train users and technician on proper FMS usage and reporting

 

Extra Low Voltage System (ELV)

 

  • Ensure all systems function reliably, comply with safety and support the organization’s operation
  • Monitoring system performance and preventive maintenance activities
  • Managing system upgrades or expansion with IT, security and contractors 
  • Respond to breakdowns, service requests, and escalation from security teams
  • Ensure all work comply safety and operational SOPs

 

Budgeting and Cost Management

 

  • Manage the allocation budget with monitor the actual spending vs budget and identify cost-saving opportunities

 

Energy Management

 

  • Support energy saving initiatives and energy efficiency activities/projects

About you:

 

  • In-depth knowledge in FMS/BMS platforms (SCADA), Facilities/Building automation systems (Schneider, Allan Bradly) and ELV system (Card Access System, CCTV,etc.)
  • Knowledge in  ACMV, electrical, mechanical equipment, preventive maintenance processes 
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment

Your experience includes:

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management System (FMS)/Building Management System (BMS), Extra Low Voltage (ELV) System or engineering in manufacturing environment, preferring in semiconductor or precision manufacturing
  • Application of alarm and trend analysis and energy management principles
  • Technical documentation and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent or diploma in Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience
