About the role - you will:

 

Starting in September 2025, as part of our Graduate University Program, you will:

 

  • Build your professional network and interact with colleagues across the globe
  • Learn about Seagate and how we do business
  • Gain the skills and knowledge necessary to support our business
    Have direct access to training and guidance from sales, technical, and creative experts

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Plan, develop, execute, and measure sales tactics in an assigned territory
  • Establish relationships at all levels within named accounts
  • Attend trade shows or industry events
  • Partner with retailers, VARs (Value Added Resellers) and distributors to identify opportunities for our embedded and external storage solution products.
  • Navigate and penetrate these accounts to form relationships at senior business levels.
    Develop, implement and measure sales strategies for your accounts.
  • Train, coach and support the sales force of your channel partners.
    Work together with the regional marketing team to develop and implement account specific and channel wide activities.
  • Work closely with Seagate’s sales management, channel marketing, business management and other departments, ensuring best-of-breed partnership support, optimisation of opportunities and resolution of issues

Your experience includes:

  • Maximum of 1–2 years of experience in IT hardware, gained through academic coursework, internships, or hands-on projects.
  • Native Dutch speaker.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in an additional language preferred (German is a plus).
  • Familiarity with online digital strategies and transformation, demonstrated through academic projects, internships, or certifications.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multicultural environments.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Exposure to commercial or technical projects.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and growing within a dynamic, international team.


Additionally, there are a few critical characteristics that will be essential for success in the role:

- Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- High level of initiative and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and proactively drive results

- Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively juggle multiple projects and priorities
