We work closely within and across regions to deliver strong candidate experiences and hiring outcomes. In Thailand, we partner closely with business leaders and HR to ensure hiring practices are consistent, explainable, and aligned to local market realities.

About the role - you will:

 
  • Own end‑to‑end recruitment for the Korat site, including intake, sourcing, interviews, offer consultation, and closing assigned requisitions.
  • Act as the on‑site TA Lead for Korat, providing hands‑on support, daily guidance, and coaching to the TA team, while managing key or complex hires.
  • Partner closely with Korat business leaders to understand hiring needs, respond to urgent or ad‑hoc requests, and deliver results with speed and governance.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for hiring challenges, providing consultative support on candidate assessment, leveling, offer positioning, and sensitive cases.
  • Ensure consistent application of Thailand TA practices, strong talent pipelining, and accurate ATS data in close coordination with the Thailand Country TA Lead and HR partners.

About you:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; confident in handling escalations and aligning across multiple HR partners.

Your experience includes:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple job levels and functions; ability to translate workforce needs into effective sourcing and selection strategies. 
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver hiring outcomes in a compliant, consistent, and explainable manner.
  • Demonstrated capability to guide and coach team and to drive operational discipline through ATS and hiring metrics.
  • Experience developing sourcing strategies and leveraging multiple channels, including social media/networking platforms.

Our Korat facility is our largest manufacturing site worldwide, with more than 10,000 employees. Here, our team produces cloud-based storage equipment, from individual storage components to finished drives.
