The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support business growth. Partnering closely with business leaders and HR, the team drives strategic hiring initiatives, enhances employer branding, and ensures an exceptional candidate experience across all markets.

About the role - you will:

  • Serve as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner to business leaders in Thailand, aligning hiring strategies with organizational goals and workforce plans
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles, as well as high-volume hiring needs within manufacturing and operations environments
  • Develop and execute scalable recruitment strategies to support large-scale hiring demands (e.g., ramp-up, expansion, or seasonal workforce requirements)
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, market mapping, and community engagement
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and operations leaders to understand workforce needs, particularly in manufacturing and production environments
  • Provide market insights, including talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor intelligence within Thailand’s manufacturing sector
  • Drive process efficiencies and best practices for high-volume hiring, including campaign hiring, vendor management, and recruitment events
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while managing large applicant volumes and maintaining speed, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Utilize recruitment data and analytics to track hiring progress, forecast demand, and continuously improve hiring effectiveness
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization’s presence in Thailand’s manufacturing talent market
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and fair hiring practices

About you:

  • A strategic and hands-on TA professional with strong experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Proven ability to manage both strategic hiring and high-volume recruitment simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with operations and plant leadership
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-demand environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse talent pools
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and commitment to inclusive hiring practices

Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or operations hiring
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment (e.g., production operators, technicians, supply chain roles) as well as professional-level hires
  • Strong sourcing capabilities using multiple channels (e.g., job boards, social platforms, referrals, recruitment agencies, campus partnerships)
  • Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
  • Knowledge of Thailand labor laws and hiring regulations
  • Fluency in Thai and English
