About our group:

Facility HGSA Production Support group is responsible for Preventive Maintenance Cleaning machines and cleanroom equipment (Laminar Flow Hood, Loading conveyors and cleanroom utilities). Goal is to keep cleaning machines and cleanroom equipment in good condition to support volume build capacity.

About the role - you will:

●    Lead and consult team members for cleaning machine condition and setting parameter to ensure that machines are in good condition after Preventive Maintenance activities (follow procedure from work instruction).
●    Use electronic device (digital multi-meter, measurement probe) to check machine performance to analyze/ diagnostic/ troubleshoot/ characterize issue.
●    Expert in using hand tools to do maintenance job, setting up cleaning machine and cleanroom utilities.
●    Great skill in PLC, able to revise machine program to improve machine’s functional and could identify root cause of problem for repairing & resuming machines back to good condition.
●    Work with concern team to support evaluation for improvement project.

About you:

●    Ability to understand about electronics circuit and basics of mechanical structure to analyze root causes when problems happen to responsible machines/area. 
●    Able to use electronic devices (digital multi-meter, measurement probe) to measure electrical power/voltage or efficiency of the measured equipment.
●    Able to lead on doing hard job on cleaning machine’s set up plan. (Unpacking, moving and setup machines)
●    Great skill on PLC program is required for machine improvement and root cause analysis.
●    Can work in shift pattern
●    Fair skills of English
●    Fair computer skills (Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
●    Have some industrial knowledge
●    Positive Thinking and good altitude
●    Ability to work with other teams and collaborate effectively
